Q: How long do custom orders take to complete?

 

A: The length of time a custom order takes varies depending on the size of the project, but please expect to accomodate least 6-8 weeks for construction. After all, good work takes time.

 

 

Q:  What is your pricing policy?

 

A: Jobs under $1,000.00 are due 100% up front; Jobs above $1,000.00 are due 50% up front; 50% upon completion

 

 

Q: Can you come to our house to take measurements and/or install our custom countertop?

 

A: At this time, we are only a retail source for custom countertops.  We do not offer home visits, take measurements or do any installation.  We do, however, work closely with homeowners, deisgners and contractors to ensure your project is executed to your exact specifications.

 

 

Q: What specifications do you need to prepare a quote?

 

A: Most importantly, we need dimenions (length, width AND thickness), wood type or desired color tone, and design style. For countertops, it is helpful to know if any cut outs or custom angles will be needed, as well as intended finish.
